Professor Vichentie Maniov, a Romanian academic affiliated with Goldis University of Arad, co-authored "Proiectarea Succesului - Realizarea Imposibilului" ("Planning for Success - Achieving the Impossible") with Paul Bock. The book, serving as a guide to achieving success, was launched on April 18, 2024, during an event that also featured a panel on "Applied Hybrid Intelligence." ​

In addition to his contributions to literature, Professor Maniov has conducted research on economic efficiency and supply chain management. Notably, he co-authored a paper analyzing how implementing ERP software can enhance a firm's economic efficiency by improving its supply chain management information system.
